He is a member of RICS.
Romualdo (although everyone calls him Aldo) is the founder of EXNOVO and has 20 years of experience in business, financial and real estate consultancy. He has written papers on the subject of property investment and has been a university lecturer for many years. He is currently a lecturer of real estate investment in hotels on BA and Master courses at the University of Barcelona – CETT. Aldo speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
Barcelona, 1979. Hospitality Expert with a diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in International Tourism from the ESADE business school.
Albert is EXNOVO’s expert specialized in hotel asset management, preparing due diligence, representing hotel owners, business repositioning as well as performing hotel audit- Mystery SkilledGuest. He has had experience in managing the most prestigious hotels in Barcelona, providing hospitality consultancy and managing personal business projects related to the hospitality sector. He is also a lecturer at the University School of Tourism and Hotel Management (EUTDH) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Albert speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
Barcelona, 1973. She is a professional architect with a diploma in Technical Architecture from the Barcelona School of Building Construction.
Maria has 20 years of experience in the construction and architecture sector and has worked as a Project Engineer, Building Site Manager, Property Manager in a property development company, Asset Manager in a family office and, finally, as a consultant. At EXNOVO, her experience adds value to global solutions which we deliver for our clients and provides advice and consultancy in real estate projects from a technical point of view. She is also responsible for preparing projects analyzes on the purchase of apartments in Barcelona: and acts as a real estate personal shopper.
Barcelona, 1969. Rafael is a professional Real Estate Lawyer who holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is also a member of the bar association of Barcelona.
For over 20 years he has gained experience in real estate and property law consultancy. His areas of expertise include analysing property transactions, providing advice in construction and development works as well as obtaining necessary banking funds. At EXNOVO, he provides professional services in the area of the urban lease, property sale, obtaining building and architectural contracts, presenting damage claims caused during building works and representing clients in general property litigation.
Barcelona 1976. After studying Hotel Management, he began his professional career as a hospitality expert in the Venezuelan Caribbean before moving on to managing hotels in different locations specializing in apertures.
Oscar works for EXNOVO from Valencia providing services in hospitality asset management, preparing hotel due diligence and realizing repositioning projects. He’s been providing professional services in the management of first-class hotels and consultancy in the hospitality sector, Marketing and coordinating architecture projects. He contributes not only his broad experience but also an international vision combined with his creative ideas.

Madrid 1975. Deborah is an experienced hospitality manager. After her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Madrid and Brussels, she finalized the PGD Program in International Hospitality Management by the University Center Cesar Ritz Brig in Switzerland. Since then, she specialized on the sales and marketing field working at several national and international hotel chains, such as Hyatt, Stein Group and Fairmont Hotels focused on 5 stars GL properties such us Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Arizona, Hotel Villamagna in Madrid and El Palace and Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I in Barcelona.
Deborah collaborates with EXNOVO. After 15 years of a first-line experience as a Sales & Marketing Director, she contributes her expertise in Hospitality Management, sales and marketing field specialized in 5 Stars GL, MICE & catering, hotel renovation and rebranding process. Her leadership and teamwork adaptability endows her professional career in the Hospitality field. Native French, Deborah speaks, French, Spanish, English and Italian.
Barcelona, 1995. Esdras is a promising Hospitality Manager interesting in helping hotel owners and operators achieve their goals, generate revenues, reduce expenses and improve guests satisfaction. He graduated in Tourism & Hospitality Management from CETT-UB University in Barcelona.
Passionate about the Hospitality Management world, a second-generation hotelier. Esdras brings a vision of the millennial generation to all EXNOVO’s project. His solid academic and linguistic formation together with a personal experience at the family’s company, helps him develop and realize diverse hospitality projects which he provides for EXNOVO’s clients contributing his creativity and passion.

Luperca, 2016. He is the youngest team member at EXNOVO company, but perhaps he has the most important duties. He is a small Jack Russell trained by the Comparteam Association to be a companion dog for a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). While his most important client is at school, Quim works as a consultant for EXNOVO. Consultancy is about listening clients, finding solutions bespoke to their needs and being empathic … very few can do that better than Quim: this is why he is one of our most valuable asset and the friendliest colleague.
Wroclaw 1988. Julia works as a translator specialized in translating documents from English and Spanish to Polish in the real estate sector. She holds a Master’s Degree in English Philology Specializing in Translation at the University of Wroclaw. She is also doing a Master’s in Translation at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).
Julia has experience in translation, linguistics and communication. Her restless spirit leads her to be in a constant learning and changing mode and EXNOVO benefits from that curiosity, creativity and dynamism day by day.
Along with Alek and Aldo, she makes up the “Polish Desk” of EXNOVO. Her knowledge of both realities and languages allows us to give our clients a professional service of the highest quality.

Warsaw, 1971. Aleksander is an experienced real estate lawyer who holds a title of PhD in Law. He is a legal advisor with over 16-years of experience, specializing in administrative and civil law with a big interest in real estate law. He defended his doctoral thesis on “Warsaw Decree- progressive expropriation of real estate”. He is an author of many publications on administrative and civil law. He has attended many workshops devoted to building law including trainings for legal advisors and lawyers. He is a practising legal advisor and conducts seminars at the Lazarski University.
During his career, Aleksander has advised in many real estate transactions, conducted proceedings aiming to clarify the legal status of real estates in Warsaw and other main cities in Poland and advised developers in the investment processes.
He has cooperated with international law firms including Hogan & Hartson, White & Case, Beiten Burkhardt (now Wolf Theiss).
Together with Julia and Aldo (with whom has worked for 10 years), Alek forms the Polish desk at EXNOVO, delivering added value advice and solutions to Spanish developers and financial institutions with assets in Poland.

Barcelona, 1996. Graduated in Hotel Management from the EUTDH of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He has also done an internship in Dolce Chantilly and Hotel Campus working in the hotel management department.
Marc is passionate about the hospitality industry. He contributes a current vision of tourism industry and the knowledge of its trends thanks to his experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector. His ambition and a constant willingness to learn makes him a promising hotelier. Apart from that, he is a passionate food connoisseur and a really good cook.

Barcelona 1972. Graduated from the University of Barcelona in Hotel Management and the Rovira- Virgili University of Tarragona in Sommelier, Joan has been working in the hotel and restaurant industry for 30 years. During his career, he has worked as a director of restoration at Relais & Chateaux Torre del Remei (Girona) and of Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona (3 Michelin stars), a sommelier at Santa Pau Restaurant in Carme Ruscalleda (3 Michelin stars) and a consultant for winemakers. He has also gained international experience in Asia holding hotel manager positions in Thailand and Vietnam. Currently, he works as a director of F & B the award-winning JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa in Vietnam. His extensive knowledge and broad experience in the F & B sector, as well as an international vision, contributes to the consulting projects in the Hospitality Department.
Barcelona, 1982. Graduated in Superior Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Albert is a professional architect accredited by the Association of Architects of Catalonia. He holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management, Urbanism and the Hotel of the XXI century. He has also accomplished many courses on building energy, innovation and sustainability in the construction sector.
Albert, who is originally from Girona, contributes his experience and passion in three major areas: architecture and construction (projects and construction management of public and private housing, public facilities, retail and interior design); advice on real estate promoters; and consultancy in urban planning and legality.

Barcelona 1975. Robert has extensive experience of more than 20 years in the real estate development sector developing projects in Spain, France and Andorra. His experience in family business has allowed him to work in all departments of the company from customer service, administration, accounting, project management, and later in the sales and marketing department, to successfully assume the general direction of the company. His expertise and business dynamism have allowed him to successfully diversify his business in different sectors, such as real estate, sports, technology and technological developments in the industrial sector. As a born entrepreneur and great communicator, he provides a global vision of the business for any business challenge. Trancoso, Portugal 1965. Diploma from the School of Hospitality EPSIC of Lausanne (Switzerland).
Antonio has a broad experience in the catering sector in Michelin star restaurants (Caelis *, Michel Sarran ** among others) and leading kitchens of important 5 * GL Hotels in Barcelona (Palace Hotel, Fairmont Hotel Juan Carlos I …) He arrived in Barcelona in 1992 where he broadened his knowledge of Catalan and Spanish cuisine, which allowed him to participate in international gastronomic events as a guest chef (Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand and Russia, among others) representing both Catalan and Spanish cuisine.
He has participated in the organization and coordination of caterings for major sport, cultural and leisure events such as Formula1, MotoGP, Expo Zaragoza, Rock in Rio Festival, Conde de Godó Tennis Tournament, coordinating both large and exclusive spaces as well as those reserved for privileged clients (VIPs).
Antonio as a Culinary Connoisseur, contributes his knowledge of international delicacies, sophisticated taste and many years of culinary experience to the consulting projects of the Hospitality Department and constitute the best support for EXNOVO Hospitality and for our clients.
