Warsaw, 1971. Attorney-at-law and PhD in Law. He is a legal advisor with over 16-years of experience, specializing in administrative and civil law with a big interest in real estate law. He defended his doctoral thesis on “Warsaw Decree- progressive expropriation of real estate”. He is the author of many publications on administrative and civil law. Aleksander, has attended many workshops devoted to building law including trainings for legal advisors and lawyers. He is a practising legal advisor and conducts seminars at the Lazarski University.
During his career, Aleksander has advised in many real estate transactions, conducted proceedings aiming to clarify the legal status of real estates in Warsaw and other main cities in Poland and advised developers in the investment processes.
He has cooperated with international law firms including Hogan & Hartson, White & Case, Beiten Burkhardt (now Wolf Theiss).
Together with Julia and Aldo (with whom has worked for 10 years), Alek forms the Polish desk at EXNOVO, delivering added value advice and solutions to Spanish developers and financial institutions with assets in Poland.
