EXNOVO HOSPITALITY was hired by the Escoles Garbí-Pere Vergés Foundation to evaluate its dining service (preparation and service) in two centers of Barcelona. For more than 6 weeks, we evaluated the entire process of purchase, production and service to detect improvement areas and propose them to the client.
The conclusions of the study helped us make the appropriate decisions to optimize and improve the dining service of our centers.
