EXNOVO Hospitality received an interesting proposition to cooperate with the owners of Hotel Es Príncep in Palma de Mallorca and provide the SkilledGuest service. The aim of this project was to detect all areas of improvement from the point of view of a professional with deep knowledge in the hospitality sector in order to increase revenue and guest satisfaction. The conclusions were summarized in a full report divided into different sections and complemented with graphic and multimedia material to give the client a better insight of the stay at the hotel.
