Barcelona, 1970. Graduate from the University of Barcelona, practising lawyer and member of the bar association of Barcelona, master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Navarra, master’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Development Law from Pompeu Fabra University,  Global Advanced Management Program from Georgetown University and the ESADE business school, Master in Hotel Management by the University of Barcelona. He is a member of RICS.

Romualdo (although everyone calls him Aldo) is the founder of EXNOVO and has 20 years of experience in business, financial and real estate consultancy. He has written papers on the subject of property investment and has been a university lecturer for many years. He is currently a lecturer of real estate investment in hotels on BA and Master courses at the  University of Barcelona – CETT. Aldo speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
